Ab Shaddad is Nihad Alabsi, an artist from Aleppo, Syria. He started studying oriental music at an early age, playing the oud and taking part in many concerts and singing events. In 2012 he graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts. In 2014 he started producing electronic music and in 2016 he created with his partner Philippe the Boshoco duo for House and Techno music, which released several albums and tracks. What you hear in "Defence" is the fluttering hands of the soul as it escapes from the massacre.
